When I was 14 years
old I visited an exhibition in Museum Prinsenhof in Delft.
There I saw a ceramic object, of which I thought: that’s
what I want to do!
Later on I became interested in archaeology of old, not-western cultures.
That’s the reason why you often find pieces of them in the objects.
Impressions of journeys to China, India, Nepal, Indonesia, Mexico, Honduras and
Guatemala are clear to be seen.
I make hand-built sculptures and use all kind of materials to reach my goal.
In this way I leave my fingerprint. |
